Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on plesso.md. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

The seller

The shop is run by “MIN PARTY” SRL, IDNO 1025600022167, registered at 6 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., Centru district, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Phone: +373 68 553 335. Email: [email protected].

The products

We sell handmade desserts of dates, chocolate and nuts, in boxes of 6 or 12, either ready-made or composed by you. Desserts are sold only in boxes, never as single pieces.

Every recipe is made by hand in limited editions in our workshop in Chișinău. The look may differ slightly from the photographs, without affecting quality.

If you have an allergy or an intolerance, call or write to us before ordering and we will tell you what each recipe contains.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include all applicable taxes. The price shown when you place the order is the price due.

You pay on delivery, in cash or by card, directly to the courier. We never collect card details on the site.

Placing an order

You order from the cart by giving your name, phone number and delivery address. You then receive an order number, and we call you to confirm.

The order becomes a contract only once confirmed by phone. Until then we may decline an order if the products are unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the contact details are incomplete.

How the contract is concluded

The steps are: choose a box or compose your own, add it to the cart, fill in your name, phone number and address, tick the data agreement and send the order.

Until you send it you can change anything: the quantity and the contents of the box from the cart, and the form fields directly. After you send it, corrections are made by phone, on +373 68 553 335.

The contract is concluded in Romanian, Russian or English, depending on the site language when you order. We keep the order in our records and can send it to you on request, to the email address you give us.

Delivery

We deliver in Chișinău with our own courier within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery costs 70 lei and is free for orders from 1500 lei.

If you do not answer the phone or are not at the address at the agreed time, the courier returns once; a further trip is charged separately.

Returns and complaints

Desserts are perishable food, made fresh. Under the exceptions the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova provides for distance contracts, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food that deteriorates quickly.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as ordered, call us the same day on +373 68 553 335 or write to [email protected] with the order number and a photo. We replace the product or refund you, as you prefer.

Complaints are settled within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The absence of a withdrawal right does not affect your legal guarantee of conformity: if a product does not match its description, weight or quality, we answer for it under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection.

Intellectual property

The Plésso name, logo, packaging, photographs, texts and recipes on this site are ours or used with the authors' permission. You may read them and share links to them, but not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written agreement.

Liability and force majeure

We do our best to keep the information on the site correct and current. We are not liable for temporary interruptions of the site, for network errors, or for indirect loss arising from using the site. These limits do not affect your rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our control: natural disasters, power cuts, restrictions imposed by the authorities, strikes or interruptions of transport services. We tell you as soon as we can and agree a new date or refund you.

Events and corporate gifts

For orders from 50 pieces, with a personalised card and a ribbon carrying your logo, use the form on the Events page. The enquiry is not a firm order: we reply with a quote and agree the terms separately.

Your data

Data sent through the site's forms is processed as described in the Privacy policy, under Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, including Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce and Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Chișinău. You may also contact the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
